Mary Ann Eickholt Mary Ann Eickholt celebrated her 85th birthday with her family at the Junction Restaurant on Saturday, February 18, 2012. She was born on February 28, 1927 in Harbor Beach to the late Raymond and Elsie (Carrigan) Herm.

On June 26, 1948, she married Robert Eickholt, from St. Charles. He passed away on March 11, 1994.

They raised five children: Christine (Michael) Maxa, Joe (Vicki) Eickholt, John (Mary Lou) Eickholt, Gary Eickholt and Kathy (Jeff) Esckilsen. She also has 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Mary Ann is a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of St. Charles, the League of Catholic Women, the Red Hat Society, and was a former member of the Fergus Mothers Club.

Raymond Roberts, of Montrose, is celebrating his 90th birthday with family and friends.

Ray was born on February 16, 1922 in Flint, and graduated from Flint Northern High School in 1940. He married Joyce Vogler in 1943. She passed away in 2006.

Raymond Roberts Ray has five children, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Ray retired from Chevrolet in 1979 after 33 years of service. He spent many winters in Englewood, Fla. He enjoys summers at his cabin at Hubbard Lake and his many friends at the Montrose Senior Center.
